At DuQi Designs, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This shipping policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and what you can expect when you place an order.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotional sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays on our website or via email.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We ship orders using trusted carriers including:
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• FedEx
The specific carrier and shipping method will depend on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option you select at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES
Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive:
• A shipping confirmation email
• A tracking number
• A link to track your package with the carrier
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@duqidesigns.com. We can only make changes before the order is processed and shipped.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations; please contact us for more information.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, building office)
• Contact the shipping carrier for more information
• If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@duqidesigns.com and we will assist where possible
Delayed Shipments:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please:
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
• Contact us immediately at support@duqidesigns.com with your order number and photos
• We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund
SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and selected shipping method. Applicable sales taxes will also be calculated based on your shipping address and current regulations.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the website and during checkout.
