Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We want you to feel confident when shopping with DuQi Designs. If there is an issue with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, custom or personalized products, and intimate apparel.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@duqidesigns.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
• Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns within the United States
• No restocking fees apply to standard returns
• You are responsible for the condition of items during return shipment; we recommend using a trackable shipping service
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Processing Time
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@duqidesigns.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at support@duqidesigns.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A description of the issue
We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right, either through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized products
• Intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive items
• Gift cards
